Return of the Homework Machine by Dan Gutman
This book is the sequel to the previous book, the Homework Machine, which ends by a kid chucking his invention (a machine that does his homework for him) into the Grand Canyon. This book is those kids being interviewed by the police about everything they did. The scariest part was when one of the kid’s homeroom teacher pushes a kid off of the Grand Canyon.
I think that both boys and girls aged 10-13 will enjoy this book.
